And the winner is...

Thank you to all who left comments & ordered boxes! Six of you can expect 10-14 pound boxes to arrive on your doorstep in the next little while, and Cindy Keery, you are the winner of the mystery envelope! (Sorry... it's only a few ounces... but it's free!!!) Please email me and let me know your address so I can send it on its way.
If any of you are interested in scrapbooking, check out my mystery auction on EBay right now. My seller ID is ttrax. I've filled a Creative Memories Memory Mate bag - the original style - with lots and lots and lots of background paper, stickers, diecuts, accessories, even a Titletopia and a CM Idea Book. There are templates and punches and scissors and more. Tell your friends!! :)
My room is becoming habitable. I haven't quite gotten my stamps under control yet. I still need to downsize more. I have trouble choosing at all when I have too many choices. For example, I needed to make and anniversary and a birthday card tonight. I have so many sets on my shelf that I don't know what to use... so I end up doing nothing! The card I posted tonight was made from the Neverending Joy set that I had forgotten I had. It's a super quick, no layer card for the gals that came to our quilt guild last night to speak. And it serves as a thank you to all you wonderful gals who read my blog! :)
Happy Stamping!

Mystery Box Info!!

Hello friends!!

I've had a few takers on the mystery box offer, but I could use more!! :) If you are interested, I need you to do two things for me... first, leave a comment, so you'll be in the drawing for the *free* mystery envelope, then, go into my profile and use the link there to contact me by email, so I can give you my paypal address. Also, you can tell me what kind of stamps you like or don't like, if you need anything like ink pads, watercolor pencils, pastels, old catalogs for ideas, eyelets, buttons, etc., etc., if you scrapbook, and anything else that you think might help me pack your box. Want more goodies?? Just add a little extra to your payment! :) I seriously hope that there will be things you can use - or at least resell on EBay!! Most of the sets that I'm putting in I checked on Ebay. They were going for $10 more or less... so you should get your money's worth in stamps or larger items alone! :) And I have sample cards to throw in and ribbon and, and, and.... :)

Very fun!!! Email me!

OK - keep those comments coming...

Mystery Box Anyone??

I needed to make a quick birthday card this morning, so I used the SplitCoast Stampers sketch challenge as my jumping off point. It's hard to see in the picture, but I stamped the light pink with the Flannel BG, the darker pink with the Paisley BG and the Celery with the Linen BG. The little square was punched with a Creative Memories punch that I got for Christmas.
Happy Birthday, Kate!
Anybody (or LOTS of anybody's) interested in a "Mystery Box" of stamping supplies?? I need to downsize & it seems like so much trouble to put it on EBay! For $20.00 I will send you a flat rate flat size box filled with miscellaneous stamping/papercrafting items. There will be stamps (Some are full sets (SU or TAC) and some are just individuals) or wheels, some cardstock and some embellishments in each box. I have plenty of stuff available to fill a number of boxes!! For the most part these won't be new things - but I'll be generous!! :) I'm not sure how it would work outside of the US... I don't know how much Global Mail costs. I guess I could find out if anyone's interested! Just to get things going - I'll draw a name and send a "mystery envelope" to one of the people who put a comment on my blog before Monday. Hope to hear from you!

Is it Spring Yet???

I haven't had a minute to stamp for the last week! I did sit down once, but I had "stamper's block" - and I couldn't think of a thing. Finally, I decided to pull out a spring set and just play. Nothing fancy... but that's ok. It's "spring-y" enough to make me smile on a very, very cold day!! :)

Happy stamping!

Heartwarming...

Tonight's card uses lots of different sets...Snowflakes, Bear Necessities, and a TAC word set... (I think). I used more of my background paper, and some ribbon & brads from Michaels. The "rose red" is actually Cranberry Crisp... all in all a "warm & fuzzy" card.

I started school again today. I think it will be good to get back in the routine... although I think that somehow I'm already behind!! :)

Keep Smiling!

Thank you notes

I've been working on thank you notes for the past few days. I stamped most of them, but then gave in and used some cards I found at the Michaels' $1 spot. :) Whatever works! I have really enjoyed my Designer Pack of Holiday Paper. I think I'll have to find another pack that I like. It is wonderful for quick and easy backgrounds on my cards.

Sell-A-Bration is in full swing. Be sure to check out the brochure of sets that you can choose from, FREE with a $50 order. We'll be getting together around the 2nd week of February, unless you're desperate to use your Christmas money right now! :) I'm personally waiting until February to order so I can save up enough money to get a couple of the sets free. I like so many of them!

One of my goals for this year is to declutter and downsize. My first step in that direction was to file and shred today. I have one pile of paper that is gone!! :) Tomorrow I'll attack another corner of my bedroom & work on my bookshelf. Cheer me on!!
